User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@lunalta.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Limitations of liability
LUNA is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunalta is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on educational content. Use of LUNA does not create a clinical relationship.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where feasible. Upon termination, you may export your data; we will retain only what is required by law or legitimate business purposes.
