Everything you need to know about LUNA and how it supports your menopause journey

LUNA is a digital tool that helps you track, understand, and learn about your symptoms during perimenopause and menopause. It combines symptom logging with personalized information drawn from trusted medical sources, helping you have clearer, more informed conversations with your healthcare provider.

LUNA is designed for anyone experiencing perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms, whether you're just noticing changes, actively managing symptoms, or seeking clarity about what you're going through.

You can log: - Symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, mood changes, and more) - Sleep quality and patterns - Mood and emotional health - Potential triggers (stress, diet, activity) LUNA uses validated health questionnaires, the same ones used in clinical practice, to help you monitor your symptoms over time.

LUNA includes three clinically validated tools: - Menopause Rating Scale (MRS): measures the severity of menopause symptoms (license pending) - PHQ-9: screens for symptoms of depression - GAD-7: screens for symptoms of anxiety These are optional but recommended. They help you and your healthcare provider understand the full picture of your health.

Ask LUNA is a conversational feature that answers your questions using information drawn exclusively from trusted medical sources, including The Menopause Society (formerly NAMS) and other recognized clinical guidelines. When you ask a question, LUNA retrieves relevant information from these sources and provides a response with references you can verify. You can toggle references on or off depending on your preference. Ask LUNA remembers your health profile and symptom history, so responses are relevant to your situation, without ever diagnosing or prescribing.

All information in LUNA comes from peer-reviewed guidelines and resources published by recognized medical organizations, including: - The Menopause Society (formerly NAMS) - Other validated clinical sources LUNA does not use unverified internet content or social media. Every response can be traced to its source.

No. LUNA provides information and helps you track your experience. It does not diagnose medical conditions or tell you what treatment to use. All medical decisions should be made with your healthcare provider.

LUNA generates a clear, structured summary of your symptoms, trends, and questionnaire results. You can share this with your healthcare provider to make the most of your appointment time.

LUNA may prompt you when your responses suggest it would be helpful to discuss certain symptoms with your healthcare provider, for example, if mood symptoms are significant or if you report symptoms that may benefit from evaluation beyond menopause, such as thyroid-related patterns. These prompts are reminders to seek guidance, not diagnoses.
